Breakfast Show involves entertainment with old lively hits in the morning, coupled with a number of informative hints from the Police, Health and Ministry of Education.
From 5am until 5.30am, the host provides listeners with hymns and devotion before going into other programs to wake up listeners and also pushing school children and workers to get ready for the day.
The host also shares with listeners of what is happening on the day and World events. Added to this are txt promotions. News and Sports goes on the hour with the major bulletin at 7am.
Radio Australia and Pacific Beat is heard at 8am while short interviews can be heard after 8.35am.

Nai Kamanalagi
The program host is Nai Kamanalagi who hails from Qoma in Tailevu. Nai’s Family program involved a lot of talk and advice on family issues. It’s a 45-minute show ending at 10am.
The School Broadcast Unit is back and it continues with its normal programs aired to Primary Schools around the country. During the last term, Radio Fiji One was involved in the Children’s Day Program, where the main celebration was held at the Suva Civic Centre. The School Broadcast Unit Program is aired from Monday to Friday from 10.30am to 12pm
From 12pm after the News and Sports, Nai plays old selection hits popular in the 70’s and 60’s. This is a very popular show especially when people are having their lunch break for those in towns and people have a rest in their plantation in villages around Fiji and listening to their old favorites.
Rogo mai na Veiyasana/ Dre o Malolo Show

During the two hour show, the host will play interviews on developments from the different 14 Provinces. Interviews are done by other Producers and the shift host introduces the programs. Our veteran host Masimeke Latianara always produces a 30 minute program that is aired every Monday at 2.30pm. The contents of the program evolve around development from the 14 Provinces and interviews are made with the Roko Tui’s.

Lusia Utonika
Between 4pm – 6pm, dedication are received through txt, telephones and e-mails. At 4.15pm Luisa Utonika presents the Children’s Program. Children’s Program has interviews from schools and villages around the country. Every Wednesday at 5.30pm, we have a sponsored 15-mins program from the Evergreen Christian Central Church with its host Reverend Aisake Kunanitu. A religious program, listeners are advised on their spiritual life.
Lutu na karobo ki Lomanikoro

This show is dedicated to listeners, after a hard days work, programs and soothing songs can be heard as they relax at home with the family or around a bowl of yaqona with friends. Various programs can be heard from 7pm until 11pm. Talkback shows, Story telling, Talk Around the Bowl of Yaqona, News Songs on RF1, Youth Program, Current Affairs, The World Around Us and many more are heard during this show before it ends at midnight.
