Water cuts for west residentsTuesday, January 20, 2009
While water supply has been restored in most areas, other parts of the west still experience water cuts. And concerns for diseases outbreak is coming from health and DISMAC officials. DISMAC says if people continue to drink contaminated water, it would cause sickness. Already DISMAC says there has been an outbreak of chicken pox and diarrhea. There are now no major water disruptions and water continues to be crated top affected areas. Meanwhile Electricity supply to Sigatoka, Lautoka and Ba have been fully restored.
