Forty members of the Fiji Muslim League watched President Barack Obama’s speech at the US Embassy yesterday afternoon. President Barack Obama highlighted many delicate issues that wouldn’t normally be discussed openly in the Muslim or Arab Community especially topics concerning women and education. Fiji Muslim League Vice President- Abdul Qayyum –Khan- is pleased with the US government initiative to increase scholarships especially to the Muslim community-particularly women.
