Special awards at the PageantSaturday, November 28, 2009
 The best float prize went to Tuvalu. The awards which were presented include: Fijilive Miss Internet – Miss Papua New Guinea, PBS Vodafone Miss People’s Choice Miss Fiji, PBS Miss National Tourism Miss French Polynesia/Tahiti, PBS Air Pacific Miss Personality Miss American Samoa and Miss American Samoa also took PBS FBC Miss Photogenic award, PBS Pearl Beauty Soap Miss Elegance award was given to Miss Tonga. The other prices included best dress which was judged by the tradition portrayed through attire and the third runner up were Fiji and Tonga whilst the first runner up award went to Kiribati. The best float prize went to Tuvalu. Meanwhile the crowing of PBS Miss South Pacific Pageant will be done tonight. The new Miss South Pacific will represent South Pacific at the World Trade Expo that will be held in Shanghai in China next year. Fiji Broadcasting Corporation |
