Fiji eyes overseas candidate for Forum chairMonday, February 08, 2010
Government is looking at getting the Chair for the Political Dialogue Forum for Fiji’s Future - from overseas says the Permanent Secretary in the Prime Ministers Office Lt Col Pio Tikoduadua. He says they want a chair who will look at the issues in the Dialogue’s agenda without being biased towards anyone. “We are still working on it and we still hoping for it to commence in February. Presently we are looking for a chairman for it.” Government has receives more that 200 applications from non Government organizations, the Church, Chiefs and the population seeking a seat in the Dialogue Forum.
