Court order was not served says Attorney-General

Sayed-Khaiyum says if there was a court order for him together with the Immigration Director Viliame Naupoto then it should have been served directly to them.
“To date I have not received a court order, as you know when you receive a court order you have to serve it to the person to whom it is made.
“The media council for example made a statement saying there was a court order but I haven’t received it and as to whether the Immigration Director received it you’ll have to talk to him about it. I you have a court order against me and I haven’t received it how would I be able to abide by the actual order,” he said.
However, Sayed-Khaiyum indicates that if the court order was to prevent Hunter’s deportation then they would obviously have to bring him back.
